Evangelist Patricia Ann Hill

Patricia Ann Hill graced her parents, Curtis D. Taylor, II, and Ida Ruth Filmore Taylor, with her presence on July 9, 1965 in Tucson, Arizona. She was the fourth child born into the family and raised with her five siblings, Curtis III, Earl, John, Timothy, and Edna. Her family and friends lovingly called her, “Trisha.” As a child, she loved to play football and basketball, and protecting her little sister from other people. She began swimming lessons with her aunt, Nancy, until Nancy began throwing the children into the water, then Patricia became scared and sprinted home.

Patricia was educated in the Denver Public Schools District, where she attended Manual High School and graduated in 1981, in Denver, Colorado. She continued her education at Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona, where she received her Associates Degree in Accounting.

Patricia was the proud mother of her only son, Raymond “Ray” Wallace. The two shared a special bond where they were accomplices in solitude where Ray anchored her life. In 1983, on 32nd and Madison Street, Patricia met Gregory Hill and they became mutual friends. Later, they were led to the altar on April 21, 2007 in holy matrimony at I Believe God Ministries. Gregory remembers their ten-year anniversary and how she was more beautiful than the day they met. Some of Gregory’s favorite memories include going on drives and how she would feed him French fries. On these drives, Harmoni would enjoy being grandma’s eyes on the road, going to the mall, buying matching outfits, and eating Cinnabon. During Patricia’s free time, she enjoyed going to revivals, preaching God’s word, going to the movies, enjoying good food, and fun with her family.

Patricia was involved in many organizations within ministry. She loved serving her church and spreading the gospel through the ministry of the New Covenant Denver Church of God In Christ.

She was licensed as an Evangelist Missionary in 2011. She was also the Elect Lady for the New Dimension District. Patricia dedicated her life to the Lord and serving others.

By profession, she held a prestigious position in the Healthcare Administrative Field for Kaiser Permanente as a Claims and Referral Specialist. She shared prodigious memories with her co-workers praying for them at any time, overlooking her own battles with her captivating spirit.

Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Curtis D. Taylor, II; mother, Ida Ruth Taylor; and brothers, Curtis D. Taylor, III, Earl Taylor.

Patricia Ann Hill transitioned from her earthly vessel into eternity on April 11, 2020, in the Medical Center of Aurora, in Aurora, Colorado. She will be best remembered by her husband, Gregory Hill; son, Raymond (Crystal) Wallace; granddaughter Harmoni Wallace; brothers, John (Yolanda) Taylor, Timothy (Janice) Taylor; sister, Edna (Jimmy) Watkins; best friends, Delree James and Tia Franklin; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, friends, and the New Covenant Denver Church of God in Christ. Mark believed that quitting was not an option, but striving to fulfill your vision and purpose was mandatory.
